+ How to choose the right style?

In addition to the frame type that you usually wear, you can also choose the glasses according to the shape of your face and the frame size. We offer 3 styles based on the different face shape and style needs:
If you are on the slimmer side or square face shape, you can choose ZAO.
If you are on the wider side or round face shape, you can choose KAI.
If your face has no obvious square or round shape, you can choose XIN. , ZAO, KAI. We believe that they will fit you well.

+ Why don’t you use celluloid as the frame material, isn't the quality better?

Celluloid Nitrate are extremely flammable. After the EU banned its use in toy manufacturing in 2006, eyewear manufacturers have also begun to ban it and used the Cellulose Acetate as the main material for frames. Currently, only Japan still use Celluloid Nitrate around the world. RITE eyewear products are made in Japan and we use Cellulose Acetate based on safety concerns.

+ Is the UV protection of the lens sufficient?

We use CR39 lenses that meet the light transmittance of 8~15% and the blue light transmittance of 7~13%, which fit the lens filter category 3 and ISO12312-1 standards. It is not only the highest protection level under road driving condition, but also high quality lenses that can be worn with confidence for a long time. The protection of the eyes can not be sloppy, we also choose the Zeiss Optics as the lens manufacturer, the lens quality is absolutely safe and reliable.

+ What is the Double Warranty?

We offer a dual warranty on "Frame Warranty" and "Satisfaction Warranty".

| Frame Warranty |
Within 1 year from the date of original purchase, RITE eyewear warrants the frame to be free of all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. This warranty extends to the original buyer.
Within the warranty period, RITE eyewear will repair or replace free of charge, any part proving defective in material or workmanship of the frame.
| Satisfaction Warranty |
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can claim the replacement within one (1) month from the date of original purchase and one person is limited to one replacement service. If the product is damage due to improper use, modification, accident, or intentional damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages (excluding products that have been lost or stolen), the same product or the product with equal value can be purchased again at half price within one (1) year from the date of original purchase and one person is limited to one repurchase service.

+ What is the shipping cost? Do you have international shipping?

We offer free international for order USD $400+ (TWD $12,000+) and domestic shipping for order over TWD $9,000+ (USD $300+), or you can also pay for other delivery options.

+ 為什麼不是採用賽璐珞為鏡框材質，不是品質更好嗎？

賽璐珞材料特性極易燃，2006年歐盟禁止將其使用在玩具製造後，眼鏡製造商也開始全面禁止使用賽璐珞材質改用醋酸纖維做為鏡框的主要材料，全世界目前只剩日本還有在使用。
RITE eyewear產品皆為日本製造，雖然也可採用賽璐珞材質，但基於消費者使用上的安全疑慮，我們採用安全性更佳的醋酸纖維。

+ 鏡片的紫外線保護性夠嗎？

我們採用符合挑選透光率約8~15%、藍光穿透率7~13%，符合濾鏡類別3及ISO12312-1標準的CR39鏡片，不僅是屬於適用道路駕駛下的最高防護等級，更是能長時間放心配戴的優質鏡片。
對眼睛的保護不能馬虎，我們更挑選業界指標蔡司光學為鏡片製造商，鏡片品質絕對安全可靠。

+ 什麼是雙重保固？

我們提供「鏡框保固」及「滿意保固」的雙重保固服務。

自購買日(嘖嘖募資以募資成功之計畫截止日)起1年內，原廠品質上的商品瑕疵或損壞情形，將提供鏡框維修或免費更換商品服務。
| 滿意保固 |
若對購買商品不滿意等非不良品的換貨因素，自購買日(嘖嘖募資以募資成功之計畫截止日)起1個月內可辦理換貨服務，一人僅限1次換貨服務。
