Most orders ship next business day after we receive your purchase. During high-volume periods shipping may be delayed by 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

FREE shipping on all international orders USD $400+ (TWD $12,000+). Order will arrive within 7~14 business days from ship date.

Expedited options are also available - DHL Express live rates are calculated at checkout.

Taiwan Domestic Shipping

FREE shipping on domestic orders TWD $9,000+ (USD $300+). You can also pay for other delivery options.

For order under TWD $9,000 (USD $300), you can choose the delivery options as below :

- 7-11 Store Pickup - TWD $65, for on shore of Taiwan only.       

- Home Delivery - TWD $140 for on shore of Taiwan ; TWD $220 for off shore of Taiwan.

-  Home Delivery (Collect On Delivery) - TWD $260 (Home Delivery Fee TWD $140 + Handling Charge TWD $120)，for on shore of Taiwan only.

- Post Office Delivery - 0~1kg TWD $65；1~2kgs TWD $80 ; 2+ kgs TWD $110.

Return Policy

In order to protect your rights, please be sure to confirm the status of the products at the time of purchase. The products must not be worn, used or damaged from use to be applicable for the return service.     

If there is any situation, you need to return the products. Please inform RITE eyewear by email within 7 business days ( subject to the time of receipt by email) from the date of original purchase.

After RITE eyewear contacts you for the return service, please return the products in its original state and condition, including all packaging contents, warranty tags, free merchandise, etc.) to the designated place.

Items marked " FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return.

您購買之產品將於訂單成立後之次一個工作日寄出；若為訂單高峰期，可能延遲1~2個工作日，感謝您的耐心等候。

國際運送       

每筆國際訂單金額達 TWD $12,000 (USD $400)，免費寄送。國際運送依地區，自寄送日起約7~14個工作天送達。

另可選擇國際快遞寄送服務，依DHL Express運費計算。

國內運送

每筆國內訂單金額達TWD $9,000 (USD $300)以上，免費寄送 (另可選擇付費寄送服務)。

每筆國內訂單金額未達TWD $9,000 (USD $300)，提供下述付費寄送服務 :

- 超商取貨不付款 : 每筆訂單運費 TWD $65，限台灣本島。

- 宅配寄送 : 每筆訂單運費，台灣本島TWD $140；台灣外島TWD $220。

- 宅配貨到付款 : 每筆訂單運費 TWD $260 (宅配運費TWD $140 + 手續費 TWD $120)，限台灣本島。

- 郵局掛號 : 每筆訂單運費，每筆訂單運費，0~1kg TWD $65；1~2kgs TWD $80 ; 2 kgs以上 TWD $110。

退貨須知       

為了維護您的權益，請務必於購買時確認商品狀態，僅有尚未使用或未因使用造成損壞之商品可辦理退貨。

如有瑕疵情形需辦理退貨，請於購買日起7日內email通知本公司(以email信件收件時間為準)，於專人聯繫後，將完整商品及購買收據寄回指定地點辦理退貨。(或以eform取代)

折扣促銷商品不適用退貨服務。
